New Delhi. Whole of India was shocked today when idols of Lord Ganesha started vomiting milk in various temples all over the country. As soon the clock struck 12 in the midnight and it was September 21, strange noises started emanating from temples that made people rush out of their homes. People couldn’t believe their eyes when they saw idols of Ganesha throwing out split and discolored milk. Such scenes were reported from New York, Mumbai, Jaipur, Kolkata, London, Mysore, Delhi, Paris and Patna among others.

Faking News wants to remind our viewers that it was exactly fourteen years back when whole of India and many parts of the world were shocked and surprised by the milk miracle i.e. when Ganesha idols had started taking in milk, celebrated as Lord Ganesha drinking milk. The wheel seemed to have turned a full circle today when the idols started throwing out milk, which devotees termed as Lord Ganesha vomiting milk.

“I saw it with my own eyes. Lord Ganesha was upset and vomiting milk. Something terrible is waiting to happen!” exclaimed Nitish from Patna who also made a mobile video of this latest milk miracle. Nitish refused to share the video clip with us as he had already given it to two national news channels on ‘exclusive’ basis.

Various theories were doing the rounds to explain this strange phenomenon. Faithfuls claim that Lord Ganesha is extremely upset with today’s human beings and their wayward ways, and he has expressed his anguish and disgust by vomiting milk offered to him fourteen years back.

Not-so-faithfuls maintain that most of the milk offered to Lord Ganesha fourteen years back was contaminated and fake and finally the elephant god could digest it no more. They also think that Lord Ganesha could have developed some digestive problems due to being dumped in polluted waters each year.

Whereas the unfaithfuls reject the whole phenomenon as mass hysteria and suspect some conspiracy behind it by RSS. The rationalists and scientists, who had earlier explained the original milk miracle as a result of surface tension, had obvious tension on their faces when asked to put forward the scientific cause of the latest milk miracle.

Whatever could be the cause, the fact that Lord Ganesha was either in bad mood or bad health, has caused widespread panic in the country. All those people who had offered impure milk to Lord Ganesha finally came out of their closet and were seen asking for forgiveness in temples, while Ganesha Chaturthi organizers are consulting saints and religious scholars whether immersion of idols in rivers were in keeping with the larger Hindu faith.

Various news channels have put a 24-hour animated Ganesha logo on screen and are running special shows each alternate hour to spread awareness about Lord Ganesha. A news channel has also predicted a mass earthquake within fourteen days from today.
