I am a former Infoscion. And the description is so true.
I hope the new joinees realise that its not a fairy land out there.
I was stupid enough to be enticed by the “good name”.
Lemme tell u Infosys’ fake image of being a “meritocracy” is a big joke.
And Im not some disgruntled under-performer.
I got a ‘Spot Award’ during my stay there.
The managers are sloppy.
NRN is a great brand builder but can’t control anything that the lower level managers do.
No wonder people get disillusioned and the attrition rate is so high.

Chandru is an exception for sure. I am shocked after reading Chandru’s news and can’t believe that Maggie magic has not worked for Chandru.
May be in hurry to get things done Chandru ate uncooked Maggie. This is the problem with younger generation, they get everything done very quickly and then end up with eating peanuts in resignation letter.

My one friend(he was not Manager’s right hand) ate Maggie(properly cooked) daily in night for 8 weeks. He got H1 visa and now he is in US for a long term project.
I know Rahul’s talent and no one was expecting his promotion for at least next few years. Rahul tried Maggie for 7 days and got promoted few months back at the time of recession.

Chandru should attempt Maggie once more. Why to see anywhere else, Even in initial Infosys days, Narayan Murthy was taking Maggie(properly cooked) only with hot water. In initial years caption of Infosys was ‘Eat Maggie Beat All’…..
