e.g. Minority – who do they mean, when they say it?
Leaders – Leaders in moral corruption of highest kind.
Intelligence Agency – one that can be fooled and hence their intelligence is in doubt.

I think the first ‘position’ to be added to this list should be Hon’ble President of India.

The monthly salary of President of India is 1.5 lakhs. And a budget of 22.5 crores is aloocated to him/her for Almost everything that the President does or wants to do is taken care of by the annual Rs 22.5-crore budget that the Government allots for his upkeep.

I think the money just shuts them up.
