Hyderabad. After an alleged “sex scandal” involving veteran congress leader and Andhra Pradesh governor N D Tiwari came to light, where he was seen in bed with three young women, Tiwari has resigned form the post of governor and has announced his plans to start a sexual health clinic for people desiring long-lasting sex lives. Octogenarian Tiwari has requested the central government to run his clinic from Raj Bhavan premises in the initial days.
