Another week full of happenings; aren’t we blessed to be born as Indians? The week saw Mumbai terror attacks accused Kasab retracting all his earlier statements and claiming innocence. When he was first caught by the police last year, apparently he had wished to be killed. One year changes a lot. Yeah, one year changes a lot; even Advani and Lalu Yadav felt so this week.

He won’t be hanged, some secular and human rights people would soon start demanding justice for him.
And probably afterwards he would be able to join the politics too…
may be pm one day
go bck to pokin asses n killin ppl
time to do something… this guy seems too much
Does anyone here Read Doga comics ( by Raj comics) . I used to read a lot of them in my school days. India today needs a Doga to take on such fucking shamefully lame politics on terrorists like Kasab.. Somebody give him a head shot
Who was the jerk minister who kept saying “we are not banana republic” when people were angry asking to hang kasab and the memory of the disaster was afresh.
Yes, we are banana republic. No!! banana is expensive these days.
In India, we can get pizza in 30 minutes. Justice? Nah
Lets outsource the justice delivery system to pizza delivery companies.
People won’t mind paying for toppings & Lara Dutta shouting the non-tollfree number to call for Justice.
As the congress explained earlier, The guy who attacked parliament earlier cannot be hanged just like that, he is in the queue. So, kasab will have to take his place in the queue too. The guy who attacked parliament will never be hanged. So kasab also will naturally never be hanged.
QED
This is India.. and not Pakistan. Our forefathers fought for these rights.. We need to make sure that no one loses them..A terrorist and a patriot accused of a crime are same in the eyes of law.. they are just “accused”
The only thing that I didn’t like was that the trial was public which made room for theatrics… and also why didn’t he get tried under TADA or POTA???
@Abhi!
Because we cannot afford to have a quick trial. Sure, a quick trial can easily result in a death penalty and you’d think that justice is done. I was quite close to the Taj when this happened, and I was very very angry when this happened. Tempers flared. A quick death penalty would be justice, yes. But not justice enough.
Ajmal Kasav is no ordinary terrorist. He is one of the boldest, youngest in the terrorist contingent. He is a prime source of information. Information, friends, is a lot more powerful than you can imagine. As much details/data we extract from Kasav regarding terrorist activities, the better for us. Kasav dead is just one more terrorist dead. Hundreds of terrorists die every year, it doesn’t hurt their ranks as much as we’d like to think. On the other hand, ajmal kasav alive, is a rich source of information.
True, the boy is punking us. He’s making our legal and enforcement systems look stupid, but let’s be patient.. Before we hurry to justice, let us know and understand the enemy completely….
Remember, a terrorists primary goal is to not kill, but instill fear. kasav and co have done it quite successfully. Let us not show knee jerk reactions. It is true to an extent, that there is a lot of political game playing, still, lets be patient ,, give them time.. There’s always a bigger picture to things
Well said john… I give you a five for that
changed my perseptions
Well said John. But i also liked what Kartik has said. Lets use all kind of truth serum on him to see if they work fine…
First of all, i would love those buggers to be hanged who defend these terrorists on human rights basis … (human rights for these bastards … are you kidding me !!).
John, you have a very different perspective on this matter. I have always wonder why the hell they are always able to instill fear in people ?? The reason is simple b’coz we let them do that by not punishing these suckers ! I just think that why don’t we try reverse psychology on them by punishing these bastards in public. I would say don’t hang him but cut his hand & legs so that he can’t do anything on his own and send it back to their headquarters.
You talk about extracting the information from Kasab but is it really helping us in any way? The recent attack on HC premise clearly conveys the message that our agencies are not able to find out about these bomb blasts at all so what’s the point in keeping this bugger for so long. Also, if you keep this guy for 4-5 years then probably he will be able to understand the whole system so well and eventually after sometime they will do another “Kandhar Hijack” sort of thing to get him free. Then he will be able to pin point all the flaws in our system and will take advantage of it.
Being patient is not the answer to this problem b’coz our patience is already taken granted by those killers and they just come here, shoot people coz they know … nothing is gonna happen.
Time to show no mercy … just kick their ass !!
This mo-ther-ba-khat shud b used at labs of medical collges & hospitals for clinical triles & experiments!!
