kudos to the government for giving introducing such a bill. our friendly neighbors have had many infrastructural projects being run by foreign support groups. this way we can try to be at level with them. though i agree with JR and IOA member because a lot of BMWs mean we are sincere and loyal to the company and would fully support in case it requires any of our bullock carts and ambassadors. and when we become super power BMWs would be the soul of our powerful image.

The only thing that was missing in the article was addition of liquor baron’s contribution , which “forces india ” to move at his own pace , and couldn’t care for the urban population’s sentiments towards the euphoria at 1A.M .
A part of liability amount will be paid by the government to the Alcoholic Society of Suburbs (ASS) , for the betterment and bringing up such “drivers” on road , high.

Hey good news guys;) Its govt sent gift for salmans n nandhas. It will benefit lots of Super rich, pathetically grown Kids especially below 18 of age and of course their Vodka boozing, party flirting Mom and Dad.
