It all started when a commentator of IPL3 called a eunuch (hijra) DLF Maximum, triggering protests from the hijra community. Thankfully that was fake news, but we all shuddered at the thought of a father terming his son cracking IIT-JEE as his Citi Moment of Success, or DPS terming its lunch recess as MaxMobile Strategic Time-out. And for all that we know these are real threats facing our society, thanks to IPL.
