
Rahul Dravid, who has opened batting and kept wickets during the ongoing England tour, has been given the additional responsibility of an opening bowler for the lone T20 match and the ODI series. Indian captain MS Dhoni today clarified that Dravid had been recalled in the team to open the bowling, rather than batting, in the absence of a pace lead. Dravid was already practicing for his new role when reports last came in.

In order to make our leaders hi-tech and to reduce paper work, parliament has decided to sanction around 50000 rupees to each MP for buying an iPad or other high end tablets. MPs are expected to read proposed bills, budget speeches, and other parliamentary schedules on these iPads and not insist on getting a physical copy. Not sure about the MPs, but the iPad surely has come a long way.
