IRCTC has moved the tatkal booking time from 8 AM to 10 AM and crunched the 48 hr advance booking to 24 hours... Has it made any difference? its 30 mins since I am trying to login and still no luck :(

If u want to check your luck, then just login at irctc n try to book any random tatkal ticket...if it goes thru...its your lucky day!
