Mumbai: Bollywood actor Abhishek Bachchan, popularly known as Amitabh Bachchan’s son, has asked Madame Tussauds London to put the wax statues of Salman Khan and Aishwarya Rai in two separate halls.

Salman’s statue may not remain there for too long

Junior Bachchan took this step after he came to know that the world famous waxwork museum Madame Tussauds has placed actors Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie’s figures separately after news of their split emerged.

Speaking to a Faking News reporter, Abhishek said, “I didn’t know that the positions of statues can be changed inside the museum. Thanks to Brangelina divorce, I came to know about it. Now if Brad and Angelina’s statues can be kept at a respectable distance, they should keep my wife’s statue at a long distance from Salman Khan’s statue as well, considering Indian culture.”

“I really respect Salman bhai but the presence of his statue so close to my wife’s statue makes her statue uncomfortable, totally understandable given the history. I am sure if bhai’s statue is placed in another room, situation will normalize. Do they have any statues for Land cruisers, they can keep bhai’s statue there”, Abhishek added.

Superstar Amitabh Bachchan has also tweeted in support of his son’s demand. “Can only statues of Hollywood actors feel uncomfortable, and not Bollywood actors?” tweeted Big B. After that he went on to tweet “baaaddduuuummmmbaaaaa” which seemed like a code but we couldn’t decipher.

Salman Khan seemed quite disinterested in this issue. However, he wasn’t happy that his statue isn’t showing six pack abs in the museum.

Madame Tussauds has ignored Abhishek’s request like the audience ignored Players and All Is Well.
