Mumbai. The Confederation of All India Traders (CAIT) has sent a letter to the Information and Broadcasting Minister Prakash Javadekar urging him to impose a ban on the 13th season of the reality TV show Bigg Boss on grounds of vulgarity. This has left the AltBalaji producers shocked as they firmly believe that their own content is most vulgar in India and it should be recognized.

AltBalaji has bee at the forefront of delivering adult content and people not recognizing will surely have a negative impact on the producers of the show. Big Boss which started just a few days back has been enjoying the highest TRP and the TRP will increase even more not that there is a word of mouth regarding the ban demand. AltBalaji which made a three-season series ‘Gandi Baat’ is surely going to lose the TRP race if people don’t recognize its vulgarity.

Ekta Kapoor spoke to Faking News reporters and said,” We are disheartened as my directors had put in a lot of efforts to make our shows vulgar. The Traders association has not watched any of our shows then how can they say that Big Boss is the most vulgar show. We request the I&B ministry to hold a special screening of AltBalaji series for the Trade association people and they will soon realize their mistake.”

We are yet to hear from the I&B ministry as they now have an important task to decide which show to ban first.
