The Indian government is rejoicing after reports from the intelligence hinted that most-wanted criminal Dawood Ibrahim will be in India to attend the premiere of upcoming movie, Haseena Parkar, which is based on her late sister.
The underworld don has expressed his desire to be present at the event and shoot anyone who does not like the film.
On the other hand, the Indian government is ecstatic that the underworld don, who had eloped India post the serial blasts in Mumbai in 1993, will be in India after 24 years—and the government will get a chance to click his new pictures to give to the media houses. “We had promised that we will bring him to India. It’s the pressure of the surgical strike that is forcing him to visit India,” said Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
Finance Minister Arun Jaitley had differing views on Dawood’s return. “Dawood is forced to return to India because of the pressure created by demonetisation and GST,” said Arun Jaitley.
He further added that the government has brought a tax reform which is non-understandable for anyone including the don, which has forced him to visit India and carefully study it.
When we spoke to Dawood, who is all set to visit India, he said, “Pakistan does not have good cinema and I get bored here. Hence, I have decided to come to India to attend the movie premiere and stay there as long as I want. I don’t fear an arrest because everyone in India is so busy protecting cows that the people who came to power with the promise of arresting me do not remember me anymore.”
Home Minister Rajnath Singh was very happy on the development but condemned due to his usual habit. “After a long spell of 24 years, we will finally get a lot of his new pictures which can be used by media when they run out of news stories. We will try to bring him back to India so that we have stock pictures of Dawood Ibrahim’s lifetime to show Indians before he succumbs to natural death.”
