After getting sacked from the position of chairman of the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC), Pahlaj Nihalani has taken up teaching in a Mumbai school. He has allegedly joined the school to shower sanskaar and instill “Indian culture” in the tender minds of school kids after being unable to do so as the CBFC chairman.
However, the school authorities are having a difficult time because Nihalani has changed the classroom arrangements. “Ever since he’s joined, he has moved the girls in other classroom because he believes that boys and girls co-existing in the same place is against Indian culture,” said the newly-appointed male principal after Nihalani removed the lady principal as soon as he joined the school.
Nihalani did not only change the classroom arrangement but he also refused to teach girls. Explaining his move, Nihalani said, “How can women be a part of our society? It is against our culture. We should not look at women unless we are ogling at women acting in a movie made by me.”
The former CBFC chairman did not stop showering his sanskaar after changing the classroom arrangement; he went on to skip the reproduction chapter in the science book. “It is a known fact that Indians don’t have sex unless it’s rape. Why teach students unrealistic things that are never going to help them?” he said. He further admitted that he’s been telling his students that kids are born every time two flowers touch each other under the moonlight.
Nihalani is believed to be a very strict teacher who does not allow any indiscipline in the class. When our reporter visited the school to monitor the situation, Pahlaj had reprimanded a student for not rising when he entered the class. An angry Pahlaj was seen shouting at the student, asking him, “Khada kyu nahi hua?” to which the student replied, “Khada hai, khada hai, khada hai,” after which, he was allowed to sit in the class.
