Social distancing is slowing taking on the common man and roadies judges are not exempt.
With Govt asking citizens to maintain a distance of 3 feet, Roadies judges are having a hard time slapping contestants.
The desperation to slap a contestant got to one such roadies judge which led to him shooting the contestant from a distance instead.
The incident happened in Chandigarh as the show was being shot amidst lockdown, while adhering to social distancing norms laid down by the Govt.
While speaking to Faking News, a crew member said, “There was a lot of tension on the set. The judges were giving the usual maa behen ki gaali. However physical violence was becoming difficult, so one of them(judge) impulsively whipped out a gun and shot a contestant.”
Luckily, the contestant did not receive any life threatening injury and no case has been registered against the slap happy judge or the show.
The judge in his defense said, “I couldn’t help it. I was getting desperate for some physical violence and they wouldn’t let me come closer to the contestant. I just did what felt right to me.”
Insiders say that physical violence in the show is part of Roadies culture and show producers had taken adequate permission from the authorities before shooting.
