Jaipur: Rajasthan Chief Minister Vasundhara Raje has written a letter to Union Information and Broadcasting Minister Smriti Irani to ensure movie Padmavati is not released without ‘necessary changes’ are done to the film. Though she has not disclosed what are those ‘necessary changes’, Shri Rajput Karni Sena has come forward to make it clear, they will not have any problem if Sanjay Leela Bhansali removes Rani Padmavati and Khilji’s character from the movie.
We spoke to Lokendra Singh Kalvi, the leader of Karni Sena who is the second most searched celeb on Google India after Hardik Patel right now. He told, “We never had problem with Bhansali Ji or Deepika Ji. Our problem is with the story line, the way they are depicting Rani and Khilji as we have seen from poster, teaser, trailer and in our dreams. It seems something might happen between both of them”.
Mr. Kalvi said, “Just remove these two characters, give additional footage to Ratan Singh, the ruler of Chittor. I am assuring everyone, we will be the first people who will stand in queue to watch first day first show of the movie. Aisse bhi bahut time ho gaya hai movie dekh ke. Purre time kissi ka Naak Katne ka Dhamki aur Protest mein ja raha hai”
Mr. Kalvi said, “Producers need not worry. It will be superhit. In fact, I will send my Karni Sena members to each house to drag people to the theatre to buy tickets for themselves as well as for us and enjoy this movie with us”.
However, Mr. Kalvi threatened if Bhansali does not do the changes, serious action will be taken against him and Deepika.
