New Delhi: In a historic decision the govt today asked Rakhi Savant to judge over all Family Disputes in the future.

” The courts in India are over burdened with pending cases, some more than 20 years old. Thus we have taken this decision that Rakhi Savant will now preside over all family disputes. This was done after a lot of deliberation and discussions. We realized that in her show Rakhi ka Insaf she had very gracefully and very honestly handled all the issues and cases that came to her. She had delivered verdicts that were worthy and credible. She has the judgment power of an experienced judge.” said Digviaj Singh.

Rakhi ka Insaf was a television show on NDTV imagine where the graceful lady would entertain family disputes and give out her verdicts after listening to both parties. A huge success, the show had to be canceled as ironically it got itself into a legal problem when one of the contestants committed suicide after Rakhi had mocked him.

” These problems will be sorted out. We will give Rakhi an honorary degree from the Natioanl Law Institute. We will also officially appoint her as a judge so this way such minor legalities will be sorted out.” continued the law minister. Experts believe that this will not only help reduce the work load on the court but lessen the number family disputes as people would not want to take their fight on national television. This would also be good for indian society as a whole feel the experts. The govt can also earn revenue thru sponsorship money and advertisements which will be shown in between the show. ” We might even ask the general public to get involved, just like the Jury in America, and ask people to vote for who they think is guilty and also on punishment to be served. At Rs 6/sms we hope the public will like to but their nose in and this would earn enough to take care of our budget deficit.” said Finance minister Pronab Banerjee.

Rakhi Savant seemed happy at the news. ” Finally people have recognized me and my talent. But the only problem is the black robe. Iam a Hot and people will not want to see me wearing a black robe from head to toe. I will write to the PM about this. O JEEJUS!!!” said the lady.
