Top agents in India’s Research and Analysis Wing have been monitoring a high intensity stream of indecipherable chatter, which they finally traced to Digvijay Singh, the agency revealed today.

“For months, we’ve been tracking telephone chats, press conferences and news channels for suspicious activity. That’s when we picked up these mysterious signals, which we initially thought was originating from a terrorist mastermind. Our suspicions were aroused when we found the wavelength of this signal off the charts and unlike anything we’ve seen in on this planet. The utterances seemed to have been coded in unintelligible and garbled format, governed by no logic or reasoning whatsoever, leading us to believe that a diabolical plot was being hatched. We’re not really happy to have found the source”, explained a senior RAW official.
