Images of animals reclaiming their space amidst lockdown are all over the internet and the latest could just give Salman Khan sleepless nights.

A blackbuck was found casually strolling on Carter Road in Bandra suburb of Mumbai.

A video of the animal walking aimlessly across the street went viral on social media. It is not yet known from where and how did the animal end up there. But the video set social media on fire,

“Of all the images of animals on streets amidst lockdown, this one tops the list. I think the blackbuck seeks vengeance,” posted a user on Facebook.

Though cops and wildlife officials were called immediately, the animal managed to mysteriously disappear.

CCTV cameras show the animal walking dangerously close to Salman’s Galaxy apartment. Though Salman was not in the house, brothers Sohail and Arbaaz denied having any knowledge of spotting the blackbuck.

Blackbucks are usually not found in the city which has prompted cops to believe that this could be a prank played by someone.

“From our investigation it seems like someone dressed up a stray dog like a blackbuck with the primary objective of mischief. We are not sure if the intention was to terrorize the Khan family. We have taken statements of Shera the bodyguard and are investigating the case,” revealed a police official.

Salman was not available for comment. The actor is reportedly spending time at his Karjat farmhouse reading scripts of his movies released in the last 10 years.
