Vikas Barala, the 23-year-old son of a top BJP politician in Haryana, has admitted during his questioning that he was following the car of Varnika Kundu on Friday night, sources said today. Varnika is confident that she will surely get justice. But lot is expected out of Chandigarh to prevent such incidents in future. And the administration has taken note of it and announced that they will break all the roads, as roads are the main means through which a stalker has an easy ride in escaping the police.

Chandigarh roads are one of the very best in the country and stalkers, criminals and other anti-social elements can drive very smoothly and on being chased by police they can easily escape, obviously due to the costly vehicles they have. Major incidents involving molestation, stalking and chasing involves a SUV as it is easy to run away with efficient cars at your disposal.

But Chandigarh administration has promised the citizens that they will destroy every possible road, even the ones inside all colonies and national highways and state highways, and block all possible outlets for the criminals. According to the PWD head , Harneet Ahuja of the Chandigarh administration, the not so good roads will be kept as it is, but the smoother ones and the ones which afford you better driving facilities will surely be destroyed. The administration has already ordered all equipment and they will start work soon. The police department has sent a thank you letter to the PWD authorities as this strategy to nail down the stalkers will help the police force also in nabbing the criminals.
