Mathura: Bollywood’s “Dream Girl” Hema Malini is seeking re-election to Lok Sabha from Mathura constituency and her husband Dharmendra is helping her with the campaigning. After issuing an appeal seeking votes, the Bollywood mega star has now issued a threat to the voters if they don’t vote for Hema Malini. Dharmendra has threatened to unleash the 4th movie from Yamla Pagla Deewana franchise if his wife doesn’t return to Lok Sabha.

Since 2011, Yamla Pagla Deewana film series is being run by Deol family as part of Bobby Deol employment scheme with each film becoming more and more absurd than its predecessor. After the 3rd part in 2018, people requested Dharmendra to take pity on the viewers and stop this series and the actor agreed. However, this new threat has sent shock waves among the public and they are really fearful about such an eventuality.

Confirming the threat, Dharmendra said, “We had finished shooting the film last year itself, khaali hi baithe the dono bete to shooting kar li. Now I stopped myself from releasing the film after public requests but if Hema Ji doesn’t win from Mathura, we are not holding back and the entire country will suffer the consequences of the actions of Mathura residents.”

“Voters will vote and go home, but in my home I will have to listen for 5 years how I didn’t support her enough during the elections. Please vote for her, let her go to the Lok Sabha so that I can spend peaceful time with my Bagpiper”, Dharmendra added.

Opposition parties have approached Election Commission to complain about this threat but EC is not sure whether Dharmendra is covered under model code of conduct or not.

Meanwhile, Kent RO has increased the sales targets for Western UP for this quarter.
