Bengaluru. Cheered by a massive crowd, Prime Minister Narendra Modi held a mega roadshow on Thursday in Varanasi, the Uttar Pradesh temple town from where he will contest for the second time. The PM took his roadshow by ancient temples and ghats – the seven-kilometer-long roadshow that took two-and-a-half hours.

In fact, most of the country is doing a road show nowadays, either you are the leader who is organizing the roadshow or you are one of the participants of a roadshow. There is no third category of people in India. Inspired by PM Modi, an IT employee in Bengaluru, Shwetank Srivastava held a road show before filing his self-appraisal form.

Shwetank has a huge fan following among his IT colleagues, and he wanted to show his managers that he has the support of the crowd in the appraisal process. He also talked about the great things he did for the company in the last year and why he should get a good appraisal from his manager. His manager has in fact registered a complaint against him in the HR department for violating the modal code of conduct during the appraisal process.

It is to be seen if the HR takes any action against Shwetank. But according to our secret sources, Shwetank spent a lot of money on gathering the crowd and organizing the roadshow.
