New Delhi. As India fights the spread of coronavirus, the IT sector has come to the rescue at the right time. The Indian IT sector is famous for its late joining dates and having employees on the bench.

The Indian government has requested TCS to recruit more s that students can stay at home for a longer time. It is seen almost every year that the IT recruiter delays the joining dates of many students and hence the students get ample time at home. And that is the need of the hour. The government wants people to stay behind closed doors and they will do so only if told by their respective companies. Infosys, Tech M, and other IT companies are also coming forward to help the government.

Today is the 17th day of India’s 21-day lockdown. Reports suggest that the lockdown could be extended and hence the IT companies can really help the government in implementing the lockdown in a smooth manner as students form a large part of the population.

Many joiners who had joined the IT companies some 2-3 years back are also sitting at home, that is proof enough for the efficacy of the IT companies in testing times like these.
