Kapil Mishra can incite violence inside the jail, hence we are not arresting him: Delhi Police

New Delhi. Delhi Police has finally given the reason as to why they are not arresting Kapil Mishra who has been accused of inciting mobs and playing a part in the Delhi Violence. According to the police, Kapil Mishra can incite violence inside the jail and can cause injury to the prisoners, so it’s better that he is kept outside the jail.

The Delhi Police is too caring and wants to give a comfortable life to the prisoners. They have initiated many steps for the welfare of the prisoner’s life and Kapil Mishra’s presence inside the jail can let all that go down the drain.

BJP hasn’t taken a dim view of Mishra’s open threat to anti-CAA protesters to clear out of Shaheen Bagh and the road next to the Jafrabad metro station. Apart from East Delhi MP Gautam Gambhir, no one from the party has come forward and expressed resentment.

Kapil Mishra was ready to surrender to the police, but police thought that he is better off staying outside the jail premises and left him after giving a warning. Kapil has been told to get his speech copy checked with the police before delivering it in any rally or gatherings.
