Sanjay Raut, in his relentless pursuit of having a Sena man as CM of Maharashtra, has now quoted Nostradamus’ prophecy. The Saamna Editor today read out lines from the seer’s book to stake a claim for CMs chair.
The statements came even as PM Modi met NCP Chief Sharad Pawar to discuss ‘issues related to farmers’. The meeting was hot topic amidst political cicrlces after speculations of alliance between BJP and Sena and the ouster of Sena from the equations.
A nonchalant Sanjay Raut however said that he did not wish to read too much into the meeting. “Jab Nostradamus ne keh diya hai ki Sena ka hoga matlab Sena ka hi hoga,” he said while speakng to our reporter.
He pulled out a copy of Les Propheties, the famous astrologers book, flipped a few pages and pointed at a quote that read –
The great Satyr and Tiger of Hyrcania presents a gift to those of the Ocean; A fleet’s chief will set out from Carmania, one who will take land at the Tyrren Phocaean.
While making an effort to elaborate his poin, Raut said, “The quote mentions ‘Tiger’. And there are only two tigers in Mumbai: Tiger Shroff and Shiv Sena Tiger. And the there is also a mention of Fleet’s Chief, which is a reference to the CM’s post in the state. Now Tiger Shroff is not in the race, so clearly it will be a Sena man who will take over. Baaki mere kuch samajh nahi aaya ki Nostardamus bhai kya keh rahe hai.”
Raut’s latest statement has got the BJP leaders worried. Many feel that the top brass of the party needs to do something quickly before the predictions comes true.
Sources say that Amit Shah may arrive in the city later this week to renew talks of seat sharing.
