Guyana. Half-centuries from skipper Virat Kohli and Rishabh Pant and Deepak Chahar’s three-wicket haul set up India’s seven-wicket win over West Indies in the third T20 International in Guyana on Tuesday. The official communication of the team said that Rohit Sharma was rested for the match. But rumors say that Virat Kohli is growing insecure with the hitman’s antics and now wants to give him less chance of playing.

Virat was furious with the press after the match and conveyed that Rohit Sharma is fit and resting at the hotel. He is not house arrested or detained. He will join the team when he feels like and we cannot force him to play every match. It is interesting to note that while Sharma got 5 centuries at the World Cup, Kohli did not get any. And there were fans calling out the BCCI to make Rohit the captain of the limited-overs setup and Koli in the tests. But the BCCI has high hopes on Kohli’s captaincy and will not make the change of guard anytime soon.

Journalists are trying hard to get some footage of Rohit Sharma and have lined up outside the team hotel, but Rohit has still not come out of the hotel, giving rise to the rumors of his house arrest.
