Supreme Court appoints 'Raj Committee' to regulate Bollywood film industry

24, Oct 2016 By RT

New Delhi. Supreme Court of India has today appointed a one man committee to draft recommendations to regulate Bollywood film industry. The top court is planning to implement the regulations upon all the producers of the Bollywood films.

“From time to time, the top court is challenged with a lot of cases in one specific subject matter. When we had #BlackMoney, we recommended SIT. When we had #IPL, we appointed Lodha panel. Got to admit that both were not effective at all. Now we are facing a lot of wrath on the film industry,” said a top lawyer.

“On Raj committee, we have full faith. Already the one man panel has successfully devised a scheme for making the producers pay Rs.5 crore for casting Pakistani actors. With the full backing of judiciary, now Bollywood cannot put a single wrong foot forward,” he added.

The Raj Committee immediately announced that it is not in their way of functioning to submit reports or recommendations. They can only command and produce verdicts and judgement. It is up to the governments and the courts to implement them, the committee said.

Realizing the potential of the committee and the past performances, the top court has requested that the panel attends to all road rage cases and the toll collection disputes as well.

Outperforming as always, the committee has already drafted a new sedition and treason law and forwarded to the supreme Court, it is learnt by Faking News.
