After being totally forgotten by Indian Govt, Dawood sends DVDs of Company and D-day to remind about his crimes

New Delhi: Gangster lives hold a fascination for Bollywood. From larger-than-life portrayals of underworld honchos delighting in stylised menace to grittily depicted ideologies of hard-nailed mobsters, this sub-genre has attracted every school of filmmaking from Feroz Khan to Anurag Kashyap. Dawwod has been the most sought-after character for Hindi film directors.

The two films which show Dawood’s life in a realistic way are Company and D-day. Dawood also believes the same and it was proved yesterday when he sent the DVDs to Indian Government to remind them about the crimes that he has committed. Dawood is feeling left out after the Indian government and CBI is after Businessmen like Vijay Mallya and Nirav Modi due to which he is getting less footage in the Indian media.

Some time back we had also reported how Dawood had sent some of his new photos as the Indian media was using the same photos from the Sharjah stadium which are some 30 years old. Dawood wants to retain the no 1 newsmaker position in Indian media and for that, he will keep reminding the External Affairs ministry about his crimes and will also give the proof for the same.

We are yet to hear from the External Affairs ministry yet and will come back with the latest on the same.
