New Delhi: Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports India has invited bids for the blame for the poor performance at Rio Olympics by the country. From the performances on the field to the sports minister's selfies to the dispute between Athletics federation and Marathon runner OP Jaisha, nothing went right for India in Rio. Now, since individual sports federations and sports ministry officials have refused to accept the blame for this mess, ministry is looking outside for someone to step up and accept the blame on next episode of The Newshour.
