New Delhi. The twitter handle @OfficeOfRG gets thousands of proposals on Valentine’s day; While Congress cheers on their leader’s appeal among the youth of the country, BJP is quick to call it as #BotsLove. Congress counter attacks saying it is better than bakths’ love. The heated battle between the 2 political parties greeted the online regulars first thing on the Valentine’s day morning.

“We never expected that our leader’s remark on ‘we extend love’ will reach the hearts of millions and reflect positively on Valentine’s day. He is now officially the youth icon and darling of our country.  From the next year onward, we will celebrate 14th February as Rose day. Our leader is like his grandpa when it comes to roses and will wear them loudly” a Congress man told Faking News, with obvious delight in his voice.

“We never expected that Congress will put robots to work today, to send thousands of proposals to their president. As a party, we never do that. We have a huge fan following for the party, our leader and for our ideologies. This year we are a little slow in taking the decision on whether to support or oppose or be neutral about Valentine’s day. For once, Congress seized the opportunity and made it big with their #BotsLove going viral. The nation will know our official comment on this during tonight’s debate” the spokesperson from BJP commented to Faking News.

“We don’t know anything about them Bots. And sure as hell, we don’t know anything about Love. Officially, we oppose Bots and we oppose Love too. On  #BotsLove, we have no comments as of now and will wait for BJP’s official position on tonight’s debate and will comment on this on tomorrow’s edition of our national newspaper” a beleaguered Sena spokesperson told Faking News.

Meanwhile, unaware of all this development, a beauty salon has announced Valentine’s day discount, with a caption – ‘Love’s in the hair’. Much like political parties, it is business as usual for the salon, taking most out of any particular day, it is learnt by Faking News.
