Coke Studio to get highest civilian award of Pakistan

24, Jul 2012 By Khufiya Patrakaar

Islamabad, Pakistan. High placed sources form across the border confirm that Hyatt Brothers, producers of Coke Studio Pakistan, will be honoured with Nishaan-e-Pakistan (Pakistani equivalent of Bharat Ratna) this Eid. The producers will receive it on behalf of their product, Coke Studio Pakistan, which has been rated  better than its Indian counterpart.

The brighter side of Pakistan, ironically having darker shades.

“It’s the best thing to have happened since Mohsin Khan marrying Reena Roy,” claims the janitor at Pakistan’s Foreign Ministry. “Instead of spending US aid money on wardrobe of Hina Rabbani Khar, government of Pakistan is sourcing all the funds for Coke Studio’s next season,” he added.

He is bullish that the fellow qawwals can lead Pakistan to a Soft Power status in international relations – a position currently believed to be held by India. Hina Rabbani Khar was earlier expected to dislodge India from that position, but now authorities are planning to throw their weight behind Coke Studio.

Its not the first time that Coke Studio Pakistan has been praised by Pakistan’s top authorities. Last month, President Zardari admitted in his Facebook status that Coke Studio was the only reason he stopped playing Angry Birds and switched to YouTube.

Meanwhile Indian intelligence agencies are not taking this issue lightly; Saikat Datta, chief mentor to RAW, and other babies have called for a series of brainstorming sessions to reformat Coke Studio India. Insiders claim to have seen Indira Nooyi visiting that building quite often.

Faking News repeatedly called Hyatt Bros for comments but every single time some Beena Malik pick up the call (more on this later).
