With defamation cases piling up, Supreme court decides to pass judgement with help of coin toss

New Delhi: The number of defamation cases is on a rise. Everyone is filing a case against everyone and the no of cases is a humongous one. In the recent MeToo campaign also, there were many culprits who filed a defamation case on the victim. Actually, defamation has become the first course of action in all fights and disputes. Any person first files a defamation case and then talks to the other party. In fact, there are specialist lawyers who fight only defamation cases as the money involved in such cases is huge.

Supreme Court has finally found a solution to how to deal with such a high number of cases. There will a coin toss in the supreme court premises and whoever wins it will win the defamation case. Kejriwal against Arun Jaitley, Vivek Agnihotri against Tanushree Dutta, Tanushree Dutta against Rakhi Sawant….and many more. There are so many cases piled up and all will now be decided by the help of coin toss.

The Supreme Court will make a list of best coin tossers in the country. The IPL captains are likely to be included in the list as they have an expertise in tossing the coin.

Major decisions in India have been always taken with the help of coin toss. The dispute between Jai and Veeru in Sholay where they have to decide who will save Basanti and who will stay there to fight Gabbar was also decided by a coin toss. So it does make sense that the cases would be decided by the most logical way and that is the coin toss.
