DLF to buy clean chit from Robert Vadra for 58 crore rupees

26, Oct 2012 By Pagal Patrakar

Gurgaon. After Robert Vadra got a clean chit from the government authorities for his land deals in Haryana, real estate company DLF is planning to buy that clean chit for its own business deals.

“Just like DLF has been buying land from Robert Vadra after Vadra bought them from the government, DLF is thinking of buying the clean chit after Vadra bought got them from the government,” a source revealed.

Even though no specific inquiry yet has been ordered against DLF and the rogue IAS officer Ashok Khemka has been transferred as well, the real estate company doesn’t want to take any chances and is willing to pay 58 crore rupees to buy the clean chit.

“It’s like anticipatory bail,” a company official told Faking News on conditions of anonymity, “We can show the clean chit to the media even before authorities start their investigations.”

When asked how did DLF arrive at a figure of 58 crores for the clean chit, the official said that it was based on a secret formula that the company uses for dealings with Robert Vadra.

It’s not yet clear if Vadra would be selling his clean chit, but experts say that the son-in-law of Sonia Gandhi would be advised to encash this opportunity.

“Till the time he is the son-in-law of the first family, getting another clean chit shouldn’t be a problem, so he may as well sell it to DLF and make quick money,” Arvind, an expert said.

“Or maybe that itself was the objective (making money by selling the clean chit) when officials started the investigations,” he added.
