Mumbai: Goa plans are like bubbles, anyone can make one but they don’t last too long. Even if you have a social life is practically non-existent, you’ll still be asked out for a Goa plan. But failed Goa plans is what saved Shwetank Srivastava’s career. Shwetank who was sitting for his first placement interview forgot to take his engineering degree certificate with him for the interview.

But soon he realized that there are other ways to prove that he is an engineer. He took out his phone and showed the irctc history which had 10 canceled tickets for Goa. This was way too enough for the interviewer to be convinced that Shwetank indeed is an engineering student and it doesn’t end there. Shwetank got bonus points in his interviews just for the application of his mind in a tricky situation.

Even the government education department is mulling over the fact that there should be an alternative to one’s engineering degree as a degree can be misplaced or destroyed by accident but tickets and irctc history will always remain.

It is yet to be seen if Shwetank got the job or not as the interview results are awaited, but he has surely given a lesson to all the engineers out there that no situation is tough enough to cause a problem for an engineer.
