High Court slams Haryana Police for shoddy investigation, says 'ABP news reporters putting more efforts in locating Honeypreet Insaan'

The Delhi Court has come down heavily on cops investigating the disappearance of Honeypreet Insaan. The court pointed out that Haryana Police was doing a shoddy job and even went to the extent of saying that ABP news reporters were putting more efforts in locating the absconder than the cops.

After rejecting Honeypreet’s bail plea the court also asked investigating officers to take intelligence inputs from ABP reporters. While praising the news channel for its relentless news coverage on the issue the judge said, “I  have never before seen so much sincerity from a news channel in pursuing an absconder. I am sure if they(news reporters) persist, Honeypreet will be behind bars soon.”

On its part the channel has devoted its prime time to covering the Ram Rahim and Honeypreet relation saga. From exclusive reports on ‘Ram Rahim’s sex addiction’ to ‘finding both naked on the bed’, the channel in exposing all they can about the shady things that went on at the dera.

“We have hired additional manpower for this purpose. Also a special team dedicated to exploring the sex angle between the two will also be formed,” said a highly place source from the news channel.
