Kapil Sibal promises to screw up Delhi University after sorting out IITs

New Delhi. Union HRD Minister Kapil Sibal has promised to look into the issue of cutoffs going sky high year after year and “aam student” not able to get admission to some of the top colleges in Delhi University.

Sibal has promised a group of students with no hope of getting into DU (Delhi University) that he’d make some policy changes that will allow those hopeless guys to get in.

“Let me first make sure that I screw up with the admission norms of the IITs, then I’d see to what DU is up to,” Sibal is reported to have told Ramprabhat Thakur –a class 12th passout with 34% marks in commerce stream – who wanted admission in St. Stephen’s College ever since he watched the movie Rockstar.

It should be noted that even those with marks in the range of 90-95% are finding it tough to get admission in DU, but Sibal has decided to work bottoms up and first help those who have scored below 40%.

“He has come up with a new policy – last come, first serve – different from ‘first come, first serve’ policy and not taking the route of auctions,” a source told Faking News, “He is fair to all and will try to make sure that students scoring zero marks also get admission.”
