Abrogation of article 370 has paved the way for outsiders to buy land in Jammu and Kashmir. And Maharashtra is the first state to do the honors after CM Devendra Fadnavis announced that his state through MTDC would be investing in building resorts in JnK.

Sources say that stretches of land have already been identified. There were also speculations that Robert Vadra could be consulted on land acquisition before any location is finalized.

Speaking exclusively to Faking News, CM Devendra Fadnavis said, “We are considering the possibility of getting Robertji on board. He is has proven skills when it comes to seamlessly acquiring land. I will be travelling to Delhi next week and a few interactions with Robert are also scheduled. Hopefully we can start work on the resort by year end.”

A team of real estate experts are expected to be part of CM’s entourage while in Delhi.

Robert Vadra however looked surprised when our reporter questioned him about meeting the Maharashtra CM. “Are you serious?” he asked our reporter.

The businessman and fitness freak looked unenthusiastic about the news and even sought the opportunity to clarify misconceptions about him.

” Hey Listen. I never bought any land. I just took what I liked. And about meeting Devendra Fadnavis, I can’t even help them in getting Chhota Kashmir in Mumbai. Getting land in the real Kashmir is a long shot,” he said.
