Ever since the advent of e-commerce, the ease of doing business has increased tremendously. While e-commerce majors are claiming record speed in delivery during the festive sales, sometimes they are at the receiving end due to late delivery of important products.

Harmeet Singh, who is a Mumbai resident has asked an e-commerce company to bear the expenses of the delivery of his child after the child was born due to late delivery of Condoms from the e-commerce company. Harmeet has accused NoClues company of late delivery of condoms and said that he has top now suffer his whole life due to the added expenses of his newborn kid.

NoClues customer service manager had this to say to Faking News reporter,” This is the first time that our company has faced such a case. We are taking legal advice to resolve the matter as soon as possible. Due to the great demand of online products in December, late deliveries are a concern in some areas. It is our advice to the customers to at least visit retail stores for products like condoms as a delay of even 5 minutes can change their life.”

Harmeet has produced all documents in the consumer court and now awaits the hearing as he has made it clear that he will bring his child home only after the company pays for hospital charges.
