Raj has started ideating a grand Villa inside the office so that he can have the best of comforts inside the ED office whenever he is called for interrogation. Though the interrogations don’t last that long, for a rich person like Raj, even 5 minutes of discomfort is unbearable. He has finalized the architect for the project and the project would comprise of a 3 BHK with swimming pool and garden. ED has allocated a portion of land for the same and the time when Raj won’t be in the ED building, the Villa would be used by other celebrities on rented basis when they are called in relation to any case by the ED.

According to Raj and Shilpa, this Villa is one of their dream projects as no other businessmen or celebrity has had the privilege of setting up their own premises inside ED office or for that matter any office of power.
