Perth. Indian pacer Umesh Yadav who performed well in the recent cricket match between India and UAE has reportedly asked BCCI to conduct frequent bilateral series between India and UAE, after getting impressed by his own performance.
Mr. Yadav who has been criticized regularly by the cricket critics for his inconsistent bowling got a breakthrough in the last match against UAE, where he managed to pick up 2 wickets by giving away only 15 runs in his 6.3 over’s spell. With this performance, not only Yadav’s morale went up but also his faith in Modi’s Achhe Din promise got restored.
In order to keep this momentum, Mr. Yadav in his letter to BCCI has requested to conduct frequent bilateral series with UAE, which will not only help him in improving his bowling figures, but also help India to improve its winning percentage on foreign soil.
When asked about the letter, Mr. Yadav claimed that he has written this letter not just for his own personnel interest but also for entire team’s benefit.
“If BCCI conducts bilateral series with UAE, other team members like Rohit Sharma too can score some runs and make sure their names get included in the ODI squad for the next series,” Yadav argued.
Being a hardcore Modi fan he always believed in the ideology of “Sabka Haath Sabka Vikas” which made him take the team along with him in this journey to UAE.
