Mumbai. Predictions by various exit polls announced on Sunday evening indicate a sweeping victory for the BJP, including in three Congress-ruled states — Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, and Rajasthan, where the latter had won in the Assembly elections held toward the end of 2018. In fact, social media is flooded with discussions related to exit polls and the next government.

Very few people know that the Mumbai Local authorities also ran an Exit Polls to determine who will get how many seats in the Virar local. And the findings were as expected giving an advantage to the Virar residents.

The exit polls predicted that Borivali residents will get no seats in a Virar local as Virar residents are against the idea of accommodating them inside trains bound for Virar. There was anger among Borivali travelers but this is the public mandate and has to be respected. Mumbai local travelers will complain to the authorities as and when they find a Borivali resident sitting in a Virar local.

The exact results of the polls will come in 3 days, till then we may see some travelers using the train without bothering about the mandate but the picture will surely be more clear on the 23rd.
