Mumbai. With the advancements in technology, there have been many changes in the infotainment sector in the past decade, and the best has been the Over-the-Top (OTT) content. Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime Video, Hotstar, ALT Balaji, Voot, and many other OTT platforms have set up shops in India to capture the boom in the infotainment sector.

But have you ever imagined how much a person can save by not taking subscription of any OTT platform in India? Well, recently, Shwetank Srivastava, a Mumbai resident bought a farmhouse in Alibag after saving a lot of money by not subscribing to any OTT platforms.

Shwetank was getting a lot of Ads while surfing on the net to subscribe on various OTT platforms, but he had the courage to not subscribe to any of them. He has been resisting the idea of getting to subscribe at least one of the platforms and his will power is something his friends and colleagues are appreciative of. Recently when he saved enough money, he bought a farmhouse in Alibag, a big achievement for a middle-class person. Shwetank’s story is a story of Rags-to-Riches, a story made possible after years of meditative powers which led to him not being distracted by content floating around on OTT platforms.

The OTT platforms, in fact, have announced incentive schemes for their employees where anyone who can get Shwetank on one of those platforms will earn a huge bonus.
