Mumbai. Solitaire game is the lifeline of PSU branches. Employees are seen playing it left right and center. But the craze of PUBG made one employee try out the game and he had to pay heavily for it by losing his job.

PSU management in a Mumbai branch fired Shwetank Srivastava, a long-time employee of PSU for playing PUBG. The management is very clear about the principles at PSU, one cannot play any other game than Solitaire which is seen as the official game of SBI employees.

There are times when the employees make the customers wait in queue and keep playing the game with their office colleagues. It is seen as a tool of bonding and camaraderie among the branch employees.

Faking News reporter spoke to Shwetank and he had this to say, “ I am not a fan of PUBG, it’s just that I had heard a lot about the game and just wanted to see what it’s all about. I had just played it for 5 minutes and when I turned around my boss was standing behind me. I apologize for the mistake and want to request the management to give me another chance at the job.”
