India’s defeat in the final of the Champions trophy to arch rivals Pakistan has invited a lot of criticism for a team considered the favorites to retain their crown. Right from bowling first to collapsing during the run chase, almost everything went against the men in blue. Dinesh Karthik’s selection had come after a tremendous domestic season where he performed in all formats and Shami’s was mere formality as he is an important member of the pace battery. Both hoped this tournament could play a major part in their future selections for the Indian team, but were left on bench throughout the tournament.

But having played cricket since long, both have taken this misfortune in their stride and come up with a new plan for their future. Dinesh and Shami are planning to utilize their 2 week stay in England to provide assistance to travelers who are planning a trip to the European country. Both got an opportunity to travel across London, Birmingham, Cardiff and other beautiful places and experienced the luxury and beauty of various places. They have gained a lot of expertise in reviewing hotels, tourists spots, food and also the mode of travel. This information gained would make them the go to agency for any bookings for England.

According to secret sources, Dinesh and Shami are looking for office space in Mumbai and will form a small team to operate their new business. Some of the people contacted for a job opportunity are Ashok Dinda, Ambati Rayadu and Suresh Raina as these players are free till the next IPL.

It is to be seen that how successfull the new venture is, but Karthik and Shami are playing the right notes when it comes to learning from adversity .
