Mumbai. The BJP-Sena tussle is not going to end sooner looking at comments from their party leaders. But the tussle has benefited BCCI in a way because they have decided to give 50:50 power to Anushka and selectors. According to the agreement, Anushka will be the selector for away matches and MSK Prasad will be the selector for the home matches.

Bollywood actress Anushka Sharma on Thursday issued a hard-hitting statement on former Indian cricketer Farokh Engineer’s shocking claim – where the latter said that the wife of Indian captain Virat Kohli was being served tea by selectors.

BCCI led by Sourav Gangly decided to find a long term solution for the issue. Shwetank Srivastava who heads the recruitment team of BCCI gave a unique solution, he said “Just like BJP-ShivSena had agreed for a 50:50 power-sharing, same can be tried in Indian cricket. Anushka likes to travel abroad and is a big star so she should be the selector for the away matches, while MSK Prasad will handle selection for the home matches”

The idea was soon accepted by the other members of the committee and the rule will start coming into effect from the Bangladesh series. Anushka has thanked the BCCI for honoring her efforts in team selection. KL Rahul was seen throwing a party at his house as his selection for away matches is pretty sure now.
