KL Rahul and Murali Vijay fail to accompany Indian team for New Year party after being told “There will be BOUNCERS there”

Sydney. Indian cricket team, led by Virat Kohli and their Australian counterparts, led by Tim Paine were hosted by Australian Prime Minister, Scott Morrison at his official residence, the Kirribilli House in Sydney on the New Year’s Day.

But the night before that Indian team had a great night out in the beautiful city of Sydney. All cricketers enjoyed a lot during the night but there were 2 lads missing from the party. KL Rahul and Murali Vijay were the ones who gave the party a miss.

The reason, as bizarre as it may sound is actually true. KL Rahul and Vijay are so afraid of the bouncers bowled by the Aussie quickies that they got scared when someone from the team said: “There will be bouncers at the club”.

Rahul and Vijay immediately made some false reasons and canceled their names from the list of cricketers who were to go to the club. It was only the morning next day when both cricketers found that the bouncers meant the bodyguards who are responsible to keep people in check at a nightclub or a bar.

But KL Rahul and Vijay will have ample time to party as it is less likely that both will be there in the starting lineup for the Sydney Test.
