Kolkata: Ravi Shastri has a big task at his hands as India prepares for the day-night test match in Kolkata. Ravi is working hard with the boys to delay the party timings as the end of days play will be at 9 PM instead of the regular 5 PM for a day test match.

Ravi and the boys were used to partying at around 7 PM and the party went on for about 3-4 hours.  This was a regular schedule of the Indian team, but that is going to change now and Ravi is pretty sure that he can do this sacrifice for the team.

The number one-ranked Indian Test team will become the ninth international side to play a day-night Test when they host Bangladesh for the second Test of the two-Test series at the Eden Gardens on Friday.

Shastri spoke to Faking News and had this to say “Initially it will be difficult, but then you have to do this for the country. I will not stop partying even if a match ends at 11 in the night, this is only 9 PM. I am working out a plan with my coaching staff to see to it that the parties don’t lose the usual charm and boys are able to enjoy it properly.”
