If voted to power, we will fix a cap on number of runs conceded by Yadavs in one over: Akhilesh

Lucknow. Mahendra Singh Dhoni’s swashbuckling 84 went in vain as Royal Challengers Bangalore edged past Chennai Super Kings by one run in a last-ball thriller on Sunday to keep their playoff hopes alive in the Indian Premier League. The Twitter users also criticized Umesh Yadav for his poor bowling and how Kohli would have reacted after he delivered a dot ball. Umesh almost gave away the 26 runs needed in the last over. Just some days back Kuldeep Yadav was clobbered for 27 runs in an over by Moen Ali.

Suryakumar Yadav is also having a bad time in the IPL. Akhilesh has come to their rescue by announcing that if voted to power he will fix a cap on a number of runs conceded in an over by Yadavs.

Akhilesh has assured the Yadavs that he will talk to the BCCI and ICC to give some respite to the Yadavs. Any Yadav won’t be able to give more than 15 runs in an over and the rules will be applicable in international cricket also. Samajwadi party workers were seen protesting outside the team hotel of the CSK due to the treatment given by Dhoni to Umesh. Moen Ali also saw a lot of protesters outside his hotel for the way he treated Kuldeep in the ground.

It will be interesting to see if Akhilesh comes to power and if he does, can he really provide some relief to the Yadavs in IPL next season?
